In exercise of the powers conferred by section 3 of the Import Control Order, 1976, the
Minister of Finance issues this Notice -

Citation and commencement.

1.  (1) This Notice may be cited as the Used Motor Vehicles Import Permit Specification
Notice, 2020.

(2) This Notice shall come into force on the date of publication in the gazette.

Used motor vehicle permit specification.

2.  A used motor vehicle requiring a permit shall not be older than seven (7) years at the date
of its purchase.

Revocation of Legal Notice.

3.        Legal Notice No: 80 of 2012 is revoked.
