Process Steps
Step 1
|
Exporters can collect the exporters registration form from SRA headquarters or download it from here.
|

Step 2
|
Complete and submit the form with all attachments to SRA headquarters or email it to info@sra.org.sz.. indicating the trade agreement they want to be approved for.

Step 3 |
An inspection is conducted by the SRA where the premises are visited and the production process is observed in order to assess whether the products will meet the ‘origin’ qualification criteria that is stipulated in the relevant trade agreement.

Step 4 |
The Application may be approved or rejected – based on the findings from the inspection; (applicant is advised of the outcome). |

Step 5 |
Approved applicants are given an exporter registration number and the certificates of origin which they will subsequently use to accompany their exports.
|

Step 6 |
As and when consignments from registered applicants are to be exported with the intention of obtaining preferential access in the country of importation, the exporter will submit a declaration of the goods on ASYCUDA and further present a completed Certificate of Origin to the SRA clearance office for endorsement.
