| Description | Where a registered identification mark is no longer required by the owner for whatever reason, the owner of such an identification mark shall accordingly notify the Registrar in writing of the intention to de-register the identification mark. |

| Comments | The Registrar shall, on receipt of such notice and on surrender of the certificate of registration by the owner of the identification mark or any other thing which may be required by the Registrar, cancel the registration of such an identification mark. |
