Comments | (a) In the instance that the Company intends to export the goods, the Company shall apply in writing to the Commissioner of Mines (Office) for permission to export the goods.
(b) The Company must ensure that the goods are in a container constructed such that when sealed, it cannot be opened without showing evidence of having been opened.
(c) The Company must ensure that the container in which the goods are exported must be sealed with a seal that bears a seal number listed on the accompanying Precious Metals/Stones Certificate of Origin (PMSGCO).
(d) The Company must ensure that individual packages of the goods are packaged in a transparent and tamper resistant container with tamper resistant seals.
(e) Before issuing a Precious Metals/Stones Certificate of Origin (PMSGCO), the Commissioner shall be satisfied that the;
(i) export is destined to a Conflict Free Affected Area;
(ii) information contained in the application is complete and accurate;
(iii) goods in respect of which the application is made originate from Swaziland, was extracted from mineral
concentrates in Swaziland or
(iv) Goods were imported from a Conflict Free Affected Area into Swaziland. |
