| Description | Any person who imports into Eswatini any trophy or raw product of any specially protected game without a valid permit issued by the Minister under subsection (2) of section 16. |

| Comments | Contrary to the conditions of such permit, a person shall be guilty of an offence and liable on conviction to imprisonment for a term of not less than five years but not exceeding fifteen years, without the option of a fine. |
