1 Registration Book also know as the Blue Book.  If applicant already has  permit and is doing a renewal, they only need the registration book.

Test form from the Ministry of Public Works and Transport 

 

Process Steps

Step 1

The applicant obtains a test form from the Ministry of Public Works and Transport offices, the Transportation department.

Step 2

Take the test form to the test station in Matsapha and complete application form.

Step 3 The vehicle is tested in accordance with the standard SZNS007 (Testing of motor vehicle for road worthiness).
Step 4 If approved, applicant is issued with road worthiness certificate and pays for the Certificate, which is E250. 
Step 5 Applicant goes to Revenue offices to pay E100 for change of  paper.  
Step 6 

Applicant then goes back to the Public Works offices with the receipt of payment to obtain the permit.
